The time has finally arrived for me to wish each and every one of you wonderful people a happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

Here's hoping that our new-found 'home' will continue to grow throughout 2016 (and beyond!).

I am humbled that so many have either responded to my earlier notifications of its' existence or actively sought it out and joined up.

So long as all of you wish to be a part of this (albeit small) part of 'da islan' experience' (And I can draw breath! ) I will maintain the forum for you.

I have had the pleasure of meeting some of you in the past and, by 'hook or by crook', I will meet more of you in the future. Just waiting for air-fare costs to accurately reflect the nose-diving prices of oil!

May all your dreams come true and, in the words of our late-lamented Dave Allen, ..... "May your God go with you".
